FrieslandCampina Domo Name Change Process Aims To Ensure A Seamless Transition For American Customers

As FrieslandCampina Domo implements its entity

change process, the operating company's primary goal is to ensure a smooth and seamless transition for its customers.

Formed as a result of the successful merger between the two dairy powerhouses Friesland Foods Domo and Campina D.V. on January 1 2009, the operational business unit FrieslandCampina Domo incorporates the companies formerly known as DMV International and Friesland Foods Domo.

The internal transition is progressing smoothly, and the company's goal is to ensure that its customers continue to receive excellent quality and service throughout the process. "Our customers are our valued partners, and they will benefit greatly from our invigorated efforts in innovation, new product development, sales support and new services", says Dr. David Clark, Director, Region Americas.

While the company's official house style and logo changes in October 2009, contractual and logistical

issues such as invoices and packaging will not change until the legal entity change is finalized. These name and house style changes will be reflected in trade show exhibits, correspondence and logo. "This managed transition will provide our customers sufficient time for seamless transitions in their systems to allow for uninterrupted deliveries and services", states Dr. Clark.

FrieslandCampina Domo will be participating and exhibiting at various tradeshows and conferences in the US this fall with its new official house style and logo, including BioProcess International and Supplyside West among others. The company will be showcasing a range of products from its portfolio for infant nutrition, pharmaceutical and culture media applications, sports nutrition, and food and beverage applications.
